Chairman – Otunba F.A Adesina
Otunba F. A. Adesina has been working in the Building industry for over forty-one (41) years. He started off as a project manager in the prestigious British design firm Watkins Gray in 1972 and became an Associate in 1974 and a Partner in 1976, a position he held till January 1987 when the British firm liquidated their interests in the Nigerian branch.Since then the company has been renamed Interstate Architects with him as the Managing Director of the company. He was the Managing Director until January 2001 when he took over as the Chairman and Chief Executive after the retirement of the expatriate holder Arc. Peter Gillmore.
Otunba F. A.Adesina has been involved with major hospital projects such as UCH, Ibadan, ABU Zaria, Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH) and Jos Teaching Hospital. He has also been responsible for multi-billion Commercial and Industrial Enterprises in the Pharmaceutical fields for May & Baker Nigeria Plc., amenity blocks for Lever Brothers Nigeria Ltd and other offices and houses for the Central Bank of Nigeria. He has also specialized in buildings requiring security systems, and has been responsible for a number of Commercial Bank buildings for UBA Plc. and Afribank Nigeria Plc. to mention a few. He has been a Project Manager on various projects for the Central Bank of Nigeria, UAC, major commercial banks listed above and a host of other companies. It is also notable to know that during his practice with Interstate Architects Ltd he was exclusively in charge ofesign and project management of all the Central Bank Buildings for the past 4 decades.
He is a graduate of the Yaba College of Technology Lagos as well as University of South London where he received a Diploma in Highway Engineering, Building and Architectural Technology from 1966 to 1968; he also has a 2-year post-graduate degree from the South Western University, Washington DC. He is a Fellow and corporate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Building and Council of Registered builders of Nigeria (CARBON), a Licentiate Member of the British Chartered Institute of Building, British Institute of Building in Site Management, British Institute of Municipal Technological Engineers. He is a Christian and patron to many Christian organisations, a worthy role model, and the pioneering president of Association of Friends club and a member of the Rotary Club of Metropolitan Ikoyi. Other achievements include: Chairman, Gillade Nigeria Limited, Chairman, FAM Advertising NigeriaLimited, Chairman, Global Info Swift Nigeria Limited, Chairman, Ikenne Micro-Finance Bank Limited (1994-2004), and presently the Chairman of Nigeria’s prestigious oil company, Bells Oil and Gas. Otunba F.A Adesina is a patriotic Nigerian, nation builder and a Legacy achiever.
Vice-Chairman – Hon. Justice George Adesola Oguntade, JSC(Rtd), CFR, FCIArb., FNIALS
Hon. Justice George AdesolaOguntadewas born on the 10th of March 1940, in Epe, Lagos. He was employed as a Court clerk in 1958 on finishing secondary school at the High Court of Justice, Ibadan where he served for three years. He attended the Holborn College of Law and the University of London for his LL.B (Hons) degree in September, 1961 – 1964, enrolled at the Nigerian Law School in September 1965 and was called to the Nigerian Bar on January15, 1966. He was in private Legal Practice in Lagos for twenty (20) years.
In September, 1980 he was elevated to the High Court Bench in Lagos State and served there till September 1987 when he was preferred as a Justice of the Court of Appeal. At the Court of Appeal bench, he served as Justice, Court of Appeal, Enugu (1987 – 1993), thenPresiding Justice, Court of Appeal, Ibadan (1993 – 1995), Presiding Justice, Court of Appeal, Jos (1995 – 1998), Presiding Justice, Court of Appeal, Lagos (1999 – 2002), as well asPresiding Justice, Court of Appeal, Abuja (2003 – 2004).
In 2004, he was elevated to the Supreme Court where he served till March 10, 2010 when he retired on the attainment of 70 years of age. It is noteworthy that he was Chairman of the Armed Robbery Tribunal in Lagos State between 1984 and 1986.He was Chancellor, Church of Nigeria (Anglican Communion) from 1992 to 1999. He has been Chancellor, Diocese of Lagos from 1992 up-till date.
Justice Oguntadewas awarded the National honours of Commander of the Order of the Niger (C.O.N) in 2005 by President OlusegunObasanjo, Commander of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in 2010 andthe First Anglican Communion National Award for Integrity and Excellence in 2008 by President GoodluckEbele Jonathan.He delivered a paper at the International Bar Association in Chicago in September 2005 on “Barriers to Justice – The Nigerian Experience” and at the International Symposium on Economic Crime in Cambridge in 2008 on “Fighting Corruption and Money Laundering in Banking”. He is also a member of the World Jurist Association.
He was the president of Rotary of Club of Ogba, Ikeja, Lagos State 1985 and maintains membership in the following clubs: Yoruba Tennis Club, Lagos Motor Boat Club, Lagos Island Club, Ikoyi Club Lagos. He has been involved in the following engagement since retirement:Chairman of Nigerian Insurance Complaints Bureau, Permanent Arbitral Body between Insurance Companies and their Insured Customers), Assessor to Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, Assessor to the Chartered Institute of Stock Brokers, Chairman of Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority vs. British Airways and Virgin Airways Appeal Tribunal. Dec. 2011 -February, 2012. Fakayode A. Olufunso
Engineer A.O. Fakayode the Managing Director of Fax Consult Limited, is a COREN registered Engineer and has been a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers for the past two decades. He is a seasoned contractor that has left a mark in the public and private sector. He bagged his first degree atAhmadu Bello University and a Masters Degree from University of Lagos, Akoka, Yaba,Lagos in 1987/88.
A talented, vibrant and intelligent young man, he was employed by the then Oyo state Ministry of Works and Transport as a Pupil Structural Engineer where he rose to the post of Senior Engineer before he was later transferred to DFRRI as a Project Manager Road, Building and Rural Infrastructure. His excellent performance in DFRRI singled him out to be recalled back to the Ministry of Work and Transport as an Assistant Director, Geotechnics/Structure and later promoted to the post of Deputy Director Maintenance and Foreign Assisted projects.
As a result of his dynamism and versatility he preformed creditably well in this post and was appointed the Director of Project Co-ordination Development in the Governor’s Office, to oversee all foreign assisted projects such as a World Bank assisted Road and Water projects, ADB assisted Agriculture projects, UNICEF assisted Rural, Water and Sanitation projects, UNESCO assisted education projects. He voluntarily retired from this post to join Fax Consult Limited as the Managing Director in 1997, the post he holds up to date.

He started his career with Falcon Petroleum Limited representing the interest of Celmco Industries Ltd a member of the Reliance Telecoms Group shortly after graduating from the University of Port Harcourt where he majored in Marketing Management. He sits on the board of several companies amongst them, Securiport Nigeria Limited, a member of Securiport LLC, Washington DC; USA, Lloyd’s Energy Limited and African Green Projects Limited, Genesis Electricity Limited, (Nigeria’s biggest indigenous power company supplying electricity to clients like Banana Island, Agbara, Calabar FTZ, Tinapa etc.), Site Services Technologies Nig. Oluwatobi is a visionary and a revolutionary out-of-the box thinker. After his university education, he worked with several organizations in various sectors of the economy. One of so many projects includes an e-Employment scheme, which provided alternative direct employment for over 2,000 young people and indirectly for over 50,000 youths in Nigeria between 2006-2008. From the Civil society, IT, Marketing, to Construction &Real Estate,he has beena driving force of innovation and change.
In 2009 he took up a 5 year Consultancy project for the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN), which defined his entrance into Real Estate Development. He has consulted for billion dollar projects, some of which are on goingas well aspipe projects while working closely with the association’s President, National Secretary and several other developers all over the nation. He is a serial entrepreneur, social entrepreneur, creative thinker, motivational speaker and an innovative leader in every sense of the word. Chief Technical Officer – Adesina Olusola
Sola’s career started in Watkins Gray International, then he moved on as an Architectural Assistant on Space Planning for GlaxoSmithKline pharmaceutical research centre. After this, he worked on the Design and Space Planning of Guy’s Hospital, Londonextension, a co-organizer of WorkSpace Austria, a landscape Design Course with students from the Architectural Association School of Architecture in London and the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna. He later worked as a Visiting critic on a Post-graduate Architecture course at Royal Academy of Arts, London and moved to SanyaPolescuk Architects London where he was in charge of the production of Concept design, Tender and Construction documents for a variety of Residential schemes for private clients in London, Helsinki and Istanbul. In the year 2000, Sola moved to the Hixton Theatre London, Mixed-Media Architectural Installation Company and then to the Wallflower Press office Interior Design Commission where he managed the design and Construction of Mixed Media Installation at the Lux Gallery. He also moved to AP Studios where he worked as a Project Architect in London. In 2004, he moved to Interstate Architect Ltd where he’s worked as a Senior Architect and Project Manager working on various Private developments (Residential, Hotel, Hospitality and Corporate) and numerous CBN branches across Nigeria.
Due to his experience with Interstate Architect Ltd over the past fourteen (14) years, no one thought of a better person to man all technical affairs of Prevoyance Properties Ltd. The experience he’s gathered in the UK has provided him with the management skills necessary to ensure that the wealth of experience within Interstate Architect Ltd /Prevoyance Properties Construction Management Team is shared and fully utilised. He is a major contributor to the development of all Project Management systems. These systems are essential in ensuring high standards of design documentation and project delivery are upheld and continually improved upon. He is experienced in leading multi-disciplinary teams from project inception to completion; he has held his current position in the Senior Management team for over five years. During this time he has managed many large scale projects at various stages of design and construction and therefore heads the Design &Project management interest in both Interstate Architect Ltd & Prevoyance Properties Ltd where he doubles as a Chief Technical Officer. He is married with two kids.

Dr. Iain has a long brilliant architectural career spanning the four continents and business expertise, connections and wisdom. He is a world renowned and respected mega-project project manager, professional architect with extensive experience and expertise in planning, design, housing and the construction industries since 1960.
Iain, is the present Chief Foreign Architect and Master Planner for the prestigious South China Architectural Design & Research Institute, based in Guangdong China (SCADRI) with over 400 professionals in 10 cities across China. SCADRI was involved in the planning, design and construction management of more than 20 million square meters(m2) of buildings, which included eco-friendly resorts, office buildings, shopping centres, hospitals, hotels, industrial buildings, design and planning of whole communities in China and recently worldwide.
Before that, Iain was Managing Director of KGT Technology, formerly Burchill and Partners M SDN BHD and lived and worked for more than 20 years in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. He headed the company’s domestic and international project division in charge of master planning. He worked as area Manager for FLUOR, the famous US engineering company for more than 3 years, and as Senior Project Manager for ATCO Canada in Malaysia, Iraq, Kuwait and Vietnam.
During the period 1976-1990, Iain has been mainly self-employed, taking on assignments from major companies like ATCO and FLUOR including the construction of the massive USD 1.7 billion open cut coalmine, township, road, railway, and coal loading facility with FLUOR Australia, for Mount Isa Mines in Queensland Australia. He built a gold mine in Ghana for The Brieley Corp. of New Zealand and worked for government bodies including the United Nations.
In Malaysia, he played a very important role in the development of several multi-million dollars integrated Tourist Resorts and Golf Courses including: Damai Beach Resort, Rebak Island Marina Resort, SaujanaImpian, Bukit Kemuning, TanjungRhu Integrated International Resort, Integrated Resorts at Port Dickson, Marina Centre and Hotel Labuan, The Mines Resort Sierramas Resort Development, A’famosa. Iain prepared the Labuan Master Plan as well as the first Crossing proposal linking Malaysia to Sumatra. More recently he was involved in Malaysia’s new capital Putra Jaya, Sutera Harbour, KaramBunai, PantaiManis and BikitKinding Resort.
Iain holds several university degrees including, a bachelor of science in survey, a bachelor of science in building technology and architectural planning and a doctor of philosophy (PHD) in tropical low cost housing.
